Some of our frequently asked questions:

What if I bought something that does't fit?

We are happy to exchange sizes in all clothing (excluding sales items) within 7 days upon receiving your goods. However we do not provide exchanges on shoes and accessories.

How long does it take for you to reply to my query?

We will try to respond to your query as soon as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for us to get back to you. This time may vary depending on weekends and public holidays.

Can I return an item for a refund?

We are happy to offer store credit for refunded items which is valid for 12 months.

How do I return an item?

How do I know when you have received my return?

Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received. You will receive an email or whatsapp message with your return information when complete.

I bought something full price and soon after my product was discounted, can you price match?

Unfortunately we do not offer price matching.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email or whatsapp us with your order number and correct changes. Once a payment has been received and your order is complete it is then subject to the returns policy. Please note that changes to the address cannot be made once the order leaves our warehouse as it becomes the property of the courier company.

The item I wanted is no longer on the website, will it be restocked?

If there is a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website, please email or whatsapp us with your request and we shall advise on its availability. 

What if my product or is faulty/defective?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days receiving your parcel) and we will process the solution as soon possible.
