SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping costs are in Hong Kong dollars. Additional shipping charges apply for international deliveries. Please see the table below. Orders will be processed within 4 -10 business days. For delivery, some exceptions apply.

HONG KONG ORDERS : 

SF Express : HKD30.00 - Estimated Delivery 5-9 business days 

(FREE SHIPPING ABOVE HKD300 SPENDING)

Please note additional charges will apply if you put in an office/residential address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Standard : HKD150.00 - Estimated Delivery 10-15 business days

Express with tracking : HKD300.00 - Estimated Delivery 5-9 business days

The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. All parcel are shipped from our central warehouse in Hong Kong.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. ANG Boutique reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time without notice.

  2. The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave the warehouse.

  3. Once HK Post/SF Express takes possession of the items, ANG Boutique waives any right of ownership in favour of the buyer.

  4. Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.

  5. Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility. ANG Boutique are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages.

  6. If you choose to return merchandise, shipping fee is borne by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

                    At ANG Boutique, customer satisfaction is always our top priority!

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. (Please kindly refer to the size guide.)

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchases.

 

We are pleased to offer size exchange and/or store credit on all products. Your store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issued. Also, note that there is only one return per order.

 

For Hong Kong/Macau orders, items must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

For international orders, items must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and with the tags still attached. Returns will be accepted on swimsuits only if the hygienic protection is still attached. We strongly recommend you do not remove your underwear when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.

Please note: 

  • Return shipping to be covered by and paid for by the customer.

  • Return orders must include a completed returns form.

  • Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be sent back to the sender.

  • We recommend returning items through traceable mails, as any returned items that are not received by ANG Boutique will not be issued an exchange or store credit. We also recommend that customers provide the proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

  • Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.

  • Any exchange requested that is out of stock will automatically be issued as a store credit.
